In my previous post I had posted a preset for D90. I found that the greens were desaturated a bit too much. The Vivid2 in this new preset fixes this:

After being a die hard fan of Nikon Capture NX 2, I recently started using Aperture 3. I have always thought NX2 to be the “gold standard” in RAW converters for nikon (and still do). Looking at the colors produced by Aperture 3, I wasn’t too impressed. I have always loved the Nikon colors. However, I really loved the organization capabilities of Aperture 3. I started looking around the internet for D90 presets for Aperture 3 and there wasn’t any. This is my attempt to build a preset for the D90. I don’t have all the picture controls that Nikon has. I only have a Vivid and an Indoor preset. I find that the Vivid preset gives me a very nice starting point. It may not be perfect, but it suffices for me. The Indoor preset is for low light indoor shots and provides a little bump in brightness.
